James David Construction is a true collaborative partnership. Jay Tousley and David Suran formed the company with a foundation of over 55 years of combined experience in the building industry. Throughout this time, they developed complimentary skills and an appreciation for delivering quality and craftsmanship. On occasion, the men share the expression - ‘Joy Craft’. Simply put, they love what they do.

Many builders can readily tell you what they do.  But not many can tell WHY they do it.  Our WHY is the reason we do the things you do – Our Passion and Purpose is our mission. Certainly, our designs, craftsmanship and attention to detail is our Passion.  But our contribution and collaboration to the vision of our clients is our Purpose.  We aspire to be their most trusted partner in the transformation of their home.
